To set up your account and connect you to brokers, we'll need a copy of the following. Everything is handled securely through the onboarding portal. Providing these documents doesn't commit you to anything — it simply lets us move faster once you decide to work with us.
- MC Number & DOT Number — your active operating authority
- Certificate of Insurance — cargo and liability coverage
- Signed Carrier-Dispatcher Agreement — our pre-built agreement, ready for your signature
- W-9 — for payment and invoicing purposes
- Voided Check or Banking Details — for settlement processing
- Equipment Info — truck/trailer type, year, and VIN

Safe Harbor Dispatch charges a standard dispatcher fee — typically a percentage of gross load revenue. We don't apologize for that, and here's why: we're not a listing service.
